Diving offers many opportunities to get involved. You can join a Learn-To-Dive program available at many pools across the province.
There are 4 levels in learn-to-dive; 1 through 4. There is a set of skills associated with it and divers also get a skill booklet that will be given to them at the end of each session. Divers can bring the book in to be updated after each session.
Call your local pool to find out if they have a Learn-To-Dive program, and if not tell them to start one!
